REFUND POLICIES
This policy is part of our main Terms and Conditions, which you can review here.
If you received the wrong item, and the correct item is no longer available after your purchase, you may request a refund. This does not apply to warranty issues. For warranty policies, please refer to the Return, Exchanges & Warranty Claim section.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Our customer support will provide a due date for each refund if applicable.
- Customers can contact our Person in Charge (PIC) if there are any delays. For warranty progress, access the warranty update page, select "Warranty Claim / RMA request", and provide the necessary information.
- Refunds will match the purchased price (final price after all discounts) in the form of store credit if the amount is less than RM100. For amounts exceeding RM100, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 14 business days.
Terms:
- For amounts under RM100, store credit will be immediately available.
- For amounts exceeding RM100, the full amount will be refunded if the fault lies with the warehouse (no stock). Otherwise, an 8% processing fee will be deducted due to payment gateway charges.
- New purchases qualify for a full refund if the fault lies with the warehouse (no stock), regardless of amount.
- Shipping fees are refundable only if the order hasn’t shipped due to stock unavailability. Once shipped, original delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds apply only to purchases made on Forexengineer. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Offline Payment Policy:
For payments made through Sales Advisors (via WhatsApp, email, or chat), please transfer the exact amount for your order. Any extra payment below RM5 will be absorbed as an admin fee, while larger extra payments will be retained as store credit.
