Refund Policy

At Forexengineer, we maintain strict financial protocols to ensure all refunds are processed accurately and securely. Refunds are exclusively authorized in the event that you receive an incorrect item and the correct replacement is no longer available in our inventory.

Please note: Hardware defects are governed entirely by our Warranty Guidelines and are not subject to standard refund protocols.


Refund Issuance & Timelines

Approved refunds are strictly tied to the final purchased price of the item (after all applied discounts). We operate on a two-tier reimbursement system:

  • Amounts Under RM100: Reimbursed immediately in the form of digital Store Credit.
  • Amounts Exceeding RM100: Processed as a direct bank transfer. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

If you experience delays beyond this window, please escalate your inquiry to our designated Support Team via your RMA portal.

Deductions & Fee Structures

To cover non-refundable payment gateway costs and logistics, the following financial rules apply to all transactions:

  • Platform Exclusivity: Refunds apply strictly and exclusively to purchases made directly on the Forexengineer platform. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) are governed by the respective platform's policies.
  • Return Shipping: The financial responsibility for any return logistics and freight charges rests solely with the customer.
  • Inventory Fulfillment Errors: If a product is out of stock or the fault lies entirely with our warehouse, you will receive a 100% full refund, regardless of the purchase amount.
  • Standard Processing Fee: For any other authorized refund exception, a mandatory 8% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Freight & Logistics: Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable once an order has been physically dispatched from our facility. Shipping charges are only refunded if the order was canceled prior to fulfillment due to inventory unavailability.

Direct Transfer Accounting Policy (Offline Payments)

For orders processed manually via our Sales Advisors (WhatsApp, Email, or Chat), exact payment transfers are required. Due to accounting complexities, the following protocol applies to manual overpayments:

  • Overpayments of less than RM5.00 are automatically absorbed as non-refundable administrative processing fees.
  • Overpayments exceeding RM5.00 will be credited to your customer account as digital Store Credit.
