Refund Terms & Conditions
- Processing fees: For refunds exceeding RM100, an 8% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges—unless the issue was caused by our warehouse (e.g., out of stock). In that case, you receive a full refund with no deduction.
- New purchases: If your order cannot be fulfilled due to warehouse stock issues, you qualify for a full refund regardless of the amount.
- Shipping fees: Refundable only if your order has not yet shipped due to stock unavailability. Once shipped, original delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund amount: Refunds match the final purchase price (after all discounts applied).
- This policy applies only to purchases made on Forexengineer.com.my.
Offline Payment Policy
For payments made through our Sales Advisors (via WhatsApp, email, or chat), please transfer the exact order amount.
- Overpayments under RM5 will be absorbed as an administrative fee
- Overpayments RM5 and above will be retained as store credit for future purchases
