Exchanges & Warranty Claim
During the warranty period, we are prepared to assist you with any warranty service needs you may have. We offer the following options:
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions outlined for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, we kindly ask that you discontinue using our website and services.
Please note that 95% of our brands have a full warranty. For specific details regarding the warranty coverage of each product, we recommend checking the respective product page for precise information.
Warranty Claim for clearance events.
For clearance items, the warranty period is either void or limited to a maximum of 7 days during a sale or major clearance event. We recommend contacting our customer service team, located at the front of the website via chat at the right side bottom of the website, before purchase to verify warranty coverage if needed.
For products without warranty that are found to have a manufacturing defect, customers must report the issue to Forexengineer within 3 days of receiving the item. Failure to do so may result in the brand principal no longer accepting the claim.
For international shipments, warranty claims can be made by sending back the defective item. However, please note that the shipping costs, both to Forexengineer and back to the end user (customer), are the responsibility of the customer. We generally do not recommend this method for individual customers, unless you are a bulk purchaser.

- We only accept returns for warranty issues or items that need to be exchanged (due to manufacture defect upon arrival's issue) at this time.
Exchanges & Warranty Claim
During the warranty period, we are prepared to assist you with any warranty service needs you may have. We offer the following options:
- Replacement of items.
- Store credit will be provided if the replacement is no longer available in the Malaysian market. The amount of store credit will be equivalent to the remaining warranty period multiplied by the purchased price (after all discounts), divided by 120 months. This calculation is based on a standard 10-year warranty period (120 months). Please note that this calculation may vary depending on the warranty period of each product.
If the replacement item is not available and the store credit amount is below 30% of the original purchase price due to the case being almost expired (pro-rated refund amount), we will reimburse 30% of the original purchase price, or the pro-rated refund amount in gift card, whichever is higher. - Administrative fees of 5% of the SRP, capped at RM50, with a minimum of RM25, will be applied starting January 2023. This ensures that our company can continue to provide the best service possible within our SLA agreement, which includes a 7 business day replacement policy.

Warranty Claim for clearance events.
For clearance items, the warranty period is either void or limited to a maximum of 7 days during a sale or major clearance event. Additionally, for clearance items, if the cut price is more than 30% from the original price, there is no warranty. This policy applies during major clearance events when the slash price is more than 30% from the original price.
The example above illustrates a clearance event for the UAG Monarch Pro with Magsafe for iPhone 14 Pro Max / 13 Pro Max in Silver, where the original price of RM299.00 has been discounted to RM149.00, indicating a 50% discount. This price reduction qualifies as a clearance event.
Please note that if the full price of the item includes a warranty, the no-warranty policy for clearance items does not apply.
