Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

For pre-order products:

Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. We do not accommodate changes of mind or cancellation requests.

All pre-orders have a specified production/delivery timeframe. Once this period has elapsed plus an additional 50% of that timeframe, you may request a cancellation if your order has not yet shipped.

For example:

  • If the pre-order period is 30 days, you may request cancellation after 45 days (30 days + 50% = 45 days) if the item has not shipped
  • If the pre-order period is 60 days, you may request cancellation after 90 days (60 days + 50% = 90 days) if the item has not shipped

Once your pre-order item has shipped, standard return policies apply.
