Due to recent regulation changes, shipping costs for battery-powered products to Sabah and Sarawak have significantly increased. Major marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and others have already stopped shipping items such as:
- Powerbanks
- Tools with built-in batteries
- Other lithium battery products
Similarly, major couriers including J&T, GDex, Ninja Van, and more have ceased delivery of these products to the region.
Our Solution: DHL Partnership
We’ve partnered with DHL to ensure our customers in Sabah and Sarawak can still receive battery-powered products safely and affordably.
- Previous cost: RM370+ (initial setup)
- Now with DHL collaboration: From only RM55 for shipping to Sabah & Sarawak
This partnership allows us to provide the cheapest economically feasible option while complying with all shipping regulations.
