Important Update: Shipping to Sabah & Sarawak for Battery Products

Due to recent regulation changes, shipping costs for battery-powered products to Sabah and Sarawak have significantly increased. Major marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and others have already stopped shipping items such as:

  • Powerbanks
  • Tools with built-in batteries
  • Other lithium battery products

Similarly, major couriers including J&T, GDex, Ninja Van, and more have ceased delivery of these products to the region.

Our Solution: DHL Partnership

We’ve partnered with DHL to ensure our customers in Sabah and Sarawak can still receive battery-powered products safely and affordably.

  • Previous cost: RM370+ (initial setup)
  • Now with DHL collaboration: From only RM55 for shipping to Sabah & Sarawak

This partnership allows us to provide the cheapest economically feasible option while complying with all shipping regulations.

Important Notice:
So far, we can only ship 1 battery-powered item per order.
If you need 2 powerbanks or more, please place separate orders — or contact us to add DHL fees to split the shipment accordingly.

DHL-Only Battery Shipments:
Currently, only DHL is able to ship lithium battery products. If any other courier is selected, we will issue an additional invoice to include the correct DHL shipping cost.

If you prefer to cancel the order due to this issue, all purchase costs will be refunded except the payment gateway fee (8%), as stated in our Refund Policy.

How to Select the Correct Shipping Option

When you reach the checkout page:

  1. If your order contains lithium battery products, please select:
    Battery Shipment – DHL
  2. If you choose a regular shipping option for lithium products, additional funds will be requested to cover the correct shipping method.
