REFUND POLICIES
If you received the wrong item, and the correct item is no longer available after your purchase, you have the right to request a refund. However, this clause does not apply to warranty issues. For warranty policies, please refer to the "Return, Exchanges & Warranty Claim" section instead.

If you received the wrong item, and the correct item is no longer available after your purchase, you have the right to request a refund. However, this clause does not apply to warranty issues. For warranty policies, please refer to the "Return, Exchanges & Warranty Claim" section instead.
- Refunds should be processed within a maximum of 14 business days.
- Our customer support will provide a due date for each refund, if applicable.
- Customers can contact our Person in Charge (PIC) if there are any delays in processing. To check the progress of your warranty, please access the warranty update page here. Select the "Warranty Claim / RMA request" button and provide the necessary information.
Terms:
- For amounts less than RM100, store credit will be immediately available.
- For amounts exceeding RM100, the full amount will be refunded if the fault lies with the warehouse (no stock). Otherwise, an 8% processing fee will be deducted on top of the refund amount due to payment gateway charges.
- New purchases are subject to a full refund if the fault lies with the warehouse (no stock), regardless of the amount value.
- Shipping fees are refundable only if the order has not been shipped due to stock unavailability. Once the order has been shipped, original delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are available only for purchases made at Forexengineer Website (https://forexengineer.com.my). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
